    This is a highly individulaized and unique way of group training on zoom. I give each person a specific program based on their goals and areas of improvement that I have identified. Everyone in the zoom group trains from their home or home gym, and I correct their form, ensuring they are executing movements properly. IT IS NOT A FOLLOW ALONG CLASS (where you can sort of zone out and just do what I do. You have to be fully engaged in learning a new way of training.)

  • Fridays 11am (virtual only)

    SKT Signature Sequences; I lead, everyone does the same thing (with modifications).

  • Wednesday 10 am (virtual only)

    A slower paced option (as compared to Friday’s Flow). Use of resistance bands, weights, or just body weight. Balance, getting up and down off the floor, focused stretching and mobility.
